The SMS messages are not sending.

Run the test connectivity test and take note of the result.

Below is a list of causes and solutions to the problem.

OK

• Check the SMS account name and password are correct

The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.

• Install the certificate by clicking on the Options button of the SMS toolbar. Then click on the Install Certificate button. Simply follow the prompts till the certificate is installed.

The remote name could not be resolved: 'primary.amethon.net'

• The internet connection is down. Contact your IT administrator.

Unable to connect to the remote server

• There was a problem connecting to the proxy server. Contact your IT administrator.
